Taste Of The Force Food Tour

*Not really on Tatooine!* This tour is a tour of the Tatooine set in Tunisia, not the real thing! We visit the location of the set, with security. Food is included, as well as transportation, and flights to and from tunisia (within reason, if your flight cost is within our price budget for flight tickets, we will provide that for you).

Just a joke!* Unless you actually want to go to where they filmed the scenes that took place in the Tatooine village, in which the character Anakin Skywalker lived with his mother Shmi Skywalker. In that case, we actually can do a tour of the village, but at the cost of the flights, hotels, transportation fees, the food that we will feature on the tour and food for the trip, as well as the local comedian and tour guide, plus our additional fee to plan and, organiize, and facilitate the experiance. Participants in the walking food tour ("Tour") offered by Comedy Food Tours acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Tour, they assume all risks of personal injury, illness, or property damage that may arise during the Tour. Participants are advised to exercise caution and care while walking, eating, and engaging in any activities during the Tour.

By participating in the Tour, participants waive, release, and discharge Comedy Food Tours, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during the Tour, including but not limited to injuries or damages caused by the negligence of the Tour Company or its representatives.

Participants further understand and agree that Comedy Food Tours is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Tour, whether caused by the negligence of the Tour Company or otherwise.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings during the Tour. Comedy Food Tours strongly recommends that participants obtain appropriate travel and health insurance to cover any potential injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during the Tour.

By participating in the Tour, participants acknowledge that they have carefully read this disclaimer, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Tour takes place, and any disputes arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the Tour, participants indicate their acceptance of this disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Participants in the tours offered by Comedy Food Tours acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding allergies and the consumption of food prepared by third-party restaurants during the tour.

Participants are responsible for notifying Comedy Food Tours of any food allergies or dietary restrictions they may have at the time of booking the tour. Comedy Food Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate known allergies and dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee that all allergens will be avoided or that cross-contamination will not occur during the tour.

Participants understand and agree that the restaurants visited during the tour are third-party establishments over which Comedy Food Tours has no control. Participants acknowledge that the food served during the tour is prepared by these third-party restaurants and that Comedy Food Tours is not responsible for the preparation, handling, or ingredients of the food served.

By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge that they consume food at their own risk and agree that Comedy Food Tours, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates are not responsible for any allergic reactions, illnesses, injuries, or medical issues that may arise as a result of consuming food during the tour, including but not limited to reactions caused by the consumption of allergens.

Participants are advised to exercise caution and use their best judgment when consuming food during the tour, especially if they have known allergies or dietary restrictions. Participants are encouraged to ask restaurant staff about ingredients and potential allergens before consuming any food during the tour.

By participating in the tour, participants waive, release, and discharge Comedy Food Tours from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to allergic reactions, illnesses, injuries, or medical issues that may occur as a result of consuming food during the tour.

This liability waiver is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour takes place, and any disputes arising out of or related to this liability waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
