Participants in the tours offered by Comedy Food Tours acknowledge and agree to the following rescheduling policy in the event that there are fewer than 6 participants booked for a tour by 1 week prior to the scheduled tour date.

In the event that there are fewer than 6 participants booked for a tour by 1 week prior to the scheduled tour date, Comedy Food Tours reserves the right to reschedule the tour to a later date. No cancellations of tours are allowed, and participants will be notified of the rescheduled date at least 48 hours in advance.

By booking a tour with Comedy Food Tours, participants understand and agree that the tour may be subject to rescheduling if the minimum number of participants is not met by the specified deadline.

Participants acknowledge that Comedy Food Tours is not responsible for any costs or inconveniences incurred as a result of the rescheduling of a tour due to insufficient participants. This includes, but is not limited to, travel arrangements, accommodations, or any other related expenses.

In the event of a tour rescheduling, participants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled tour on the new date or receive a credit toward a future tour of equal value. No refunds will be provided in the event of a tour rescheduling due to insufficient participants.

By booking a tour with Comedy Food Tours, participants indicate their acceptance of this rescheduling policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

This rescheduling policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour takes place, and any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By booking a tour with Comedy Food Tours, participants acknowledge that they have carefully read this rescheduling policy, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

Participants in the walking food tour ("Tastes Of St. Clair Food Tour") offered by Comedy Food Tours acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Tour, they assume all risks of personal injury, illness, or property damage that may arise during the Tour. Participants are advised to exercise caution and care while walking, eating, and engaging in any activities during the Tour.

By participating in the Tour, participants waive, release, and discharge Comedy Food Tours, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during the Tour, including but not limited to injuries or damages caused by the negligence of the Tour Company or its representatives.

Participants further understand and agree that Comedy Food Tours is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Tour, whether caused by the negligence of the Tour Company or otherwise.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings during the Tour. Comedy Food Tours strongly recommends that participants obtain appropriate travel and health insurance to cover any potential injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during the Tour.

By participating in the Tour, participants acknowledge that they have carefully read this disclaimer, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Tour takes place, and any disputes arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the Tour, participants indicate their acceptance of this disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Participants in the tours offered by Comedy Food Tours acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding allergies and the consumption of food prepared by third-party restaurants during the tour.

Participants are responsible for notifying Comedy Food Tours of any food allergies or dietary restrictions they may have at the time of booking the tour. Comedy Food Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate known allergies and dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee that all allergens will be avoided or that cross-contamination will not occur during the tour.

Participants understand and agree that the restaurants visited during the tour are third-party establishments over which Comedy Food Tours has no control. Participants acknowledge that the food served during the tour is prepared by these third-party restaurants and that Comedy Food Tours is not responsible for the preparation, handling, or ingredients of the food served.

By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge that they consume food at their own risk and agree that Comedy Food Tours, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates are not responsible for any allergic reactions, illnesses, injuries, or medical issues that may arise as a result of consuming food during the tour, including but not limited to reactions caused by the consumption of allergens.

Participants are advised to exercise caution and use their best judgment when consuming food during the tour, especially if they have known allergies or dietary restrictions. Participants are encouraged to ask restaurant staff about ingredients and potential allergens before consuming any food during the tour.

By participating in the tour, participants waive, release, and discharge Comedy Food Tours from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to allergic reactions, illnesses, injuries, or medical issues that may occur as a result of consuming food during the tour.

This liability waiver is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour takes place, and any disputes arising out of or related to this liability waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the tour, participants indicate their acceptance of this liability waiver and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Participants acknowledge that they have carefully read this liability waiver, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
